We work with international suppliers and fulfillment partners to ship products directly to our customers. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within [2–5] business days after payment has been successfully received.

Please note that processing times may occasionally be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.

Estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, your location, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Some orders may arrive sooner than the estimated timeframe, while others may take longer.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow several business days for tracking information to become available or update in the carrier's system.

If your tracking information appears to stop updating while your package is in transit, this does not necessarily mean that your package has been lost. International shipments may occasionally have limited tracking updates while moving between countries or during customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country's customs authorities.

We do not control these charges and cannot guarantee whether or when they will be applied.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at yopmarketofficial@gmail.com.

We will do our best to update the address before your order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may not be able to provide a replacement or refund.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, YopMarket is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at yopmarketofficial@gmail.com and we will work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged package and product.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at yopmarketofficial@gmail.com.

Before contacting us, please check your tracking information and confirm that the shipping address provided at checkout was correct.

While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, your items may occasionally arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and fulfillment locations.

You may therefore receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
